I Specialize in residential sales, working with both buyers and sellers.  I limit the number of clients I work with at any given time so that I can provide the personalized service each one deserves.  And, I'm willing to travel throughout Massachusetts to assist my clients in selling or buying the home of their dreams.

Licensed in real estate sales since 1976, I joined New England Preferred Properties when they opened in 1997. As an independent office, they believe in a team concept and share in my philosophy to provide people with all the information they need to make an informed real estate decision. 

Personal:
Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, my parents moved the family to West Newton when I was three years old. I attended the Newton Public Schools as did my husband, Anthony "Toot" Marrazzo and our three children, Jeanine, Anthony Jr. and Jamie. We have been Newton homeowners since 1980. My extensive knowledge of this area and the surrounding communities allow me to assist both buyers and sellers in making one of the most important decisions of their lives
